Reuniting with over 250 colleagues, families, and friends at our Family Day in Pairi Daiza

With a record turnout of over 250 participants, this family day in Pairi Daiza was one of Strand's biggest yet. The energy, smiles, and shared memories made it a resounding success.

"This event was a true success and, as a Talent Manager, I felt proud to bring together nearly 100 Strandies and their families. It marks the culmination of four years of Community Management efforts. Beyond reaching this milestone of "the largest Strand event ever organized", it was above all a real pleasure to share such an informal and inspiring moment with our consultants and their loved ones.

Since the Talent Manager role was introduced at Strand, one of our key goals has been to nurture a strong and united community, despite the significant growth in the number of consultants in recent years. To preserve the Strand culture and strong sense of belonging, we regularly organize both educational and fun events, creating opportunities for our consultants to connect with each other. These shared moments are essential for the Strandies community to continue seeing itself as a real family."
